THURSDAY WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY
Morning (9:45-11:45) or Evening (6:45-8:30) - September 26 through November 14 - In the Sanctuary
Join us for "20/20", a new study by Christine Caine that will equip you to live your life on mission for Jesus and develop a new understanding of how God sees you and has chosen you to help make Jesus’ name known on this planet. Through biblical teaching and lessons from her own life, Christine will challenge you to share the story of how God’s love has transformed your life right where you are. Cost is $30 (which includes the workbook), and childcare is provided for both morning and evening.
Contact Lisa Gunnels for more info.
CIRCLE OF STRENGTH:
Circle of Strength is a widower only group that seeks to engage men in a supportive community. We provide a monthly opportunity to gather around a community event like Crusin’ Colby, the Everett Aquasox Silver Slugger program and the Seattle Seahawks. Each time we meet we want to build relationships and offer spiritual, mental, emotional and physical support while having fun. We encourage all widowers to come engage with men who have experienced the same loss and are finding great “strength” from banding together. Contact Rolland Wright for more information.
Our next few gatherings are as follows:

HOW WE LOVE - Sundays 2-4:30pm, September 29 - December 1, 2019
Everyone benefits from understanding how they relate to others and how that impacts the quality of their connections, both personal and professional. We will be watching the DVDs and reading the How We Love book written by marriage and family therapists Milan and Kay Yerkovich. It is based on something called attachment theory, which means the way we relate to others is primarily based on how we related to our parents or caregivers. It’s a logical approach to understanding how our learned relational patterns can have an enormous impact on our spouses, families, coworkers, and everyone else in our lives, and it gives us tools for understanding both our own patterns and those of others. We will be meeting in a private home in Bothell, childcare to be arranged. Please contact Scot and Lisa Bailey with any questions and for location information. 206-919-0406, firstname.lastname@example.org
Description: There are many families in the church that homeschool their children and we are connecting with each other for fellowship and encouragement. If you homeschool or are considering it, please join us as we enjoy the journey together.
